Guiding a ship on the open sea

Guiding a ship on the open sea is one of the most exhilarating things to do. It feels like a challenge against the sea and if a person can successfully move from one point to another on water, he or she will defiantly feel accomplished.
For a person to guide his boat successfully, he or she most understand the workings and different mechanisms that need to be understood if one is to use his ship.
Also the any captain of the any ship has or should have a working compass. The compass is one of the most useful equipment that is used in the open sea. It allows the captain and shipmates determine where they are heading. Some ships travel using motor’s that propel them while others use masts which use wind to push the ship and some ships even use both. Most people argue that true sailors use masts rather than motor powered ships because this type of cruising requires more handwork and manpower. This allows a sailor become more aware of changes in the wind current and ocean current which will allow him or her anticipate a storm or rough tide.
Cruising on ones ship on the open sea is a very calming experience. A person is able to free his mind and enjoy the peace around him. The amount of fresh oxygen in the air also does well for anyone. Some people go out to the ocean to escape the confines of there community or city. Some people even swim and go fishing when the go for a trip on there ships.
In the end, besides traveling, guiding a ship through open water is a way of expressing ones freedom. To command a vessel to its destination is a rewarding experience. People guide ships for various reasons. But I think that the most common is that fact that every one wants to be a leader in one way or the other and guiding ones ship is a means for some people.

buisness proposal for pure water buisness

BUISINESS PROPOSAL FOR GRAMMEN BANK.

This proposal is going to cost ten thousand naira and it is a pure water buisiness that has to deal with the good production of water . We are going to need three thousand naira to buy the machine that will distillate and filter the water. We are also going to need two thousand naira for the sealer that is going to be used to seal the water, we are going to need another two thousand naira for the leather that would be used to package the water. The name of this pure water is going to be Sam’s pure water .
There is high demand for pure water in this small town called Yola. Most of the water we can find in this town have not been properly distillated a lot of customers have already started booking for bags of pure water I am optimistic that the buisiness would yield great profit because I plan to be working round the clock from 7am in the morning to 9pm in the night am sure with this great effort I would make good profit .Water is one of the great necessity that humans can’t do without .We use it in our everyday daily activity.
I have meet various companies and they have showed interest in trying to purchase this pure water product so I am optimistic that it is going to yield good benefit. There are very few competitors in the pure water business. But the one of the strongest competitors I know is the sans pure water, they are also very good in pure water production but am sure I have an edge over them because they don’t have an updated distillating water machine .And I intend to get that machine before I start my business and I also intend to go at a cheaper price than what they are offering to the whole Yola state .So there would be high demand for my product. This high demand for my product would yield me good profit and would make it very easy in paying back the ten thousand naira loan. From my rough estimates in three months from now I should be able to pay back the loan.
My profit margin after the loan pay back I should be able to be making atleast five thousand every day as my profit. With my good production of water there would be less exposures to diseases like typhoid and cholera. This Sam’s pure water would be known Nationally and would be very popular within the Yola community.
I thank Grameen bank for the great help there are offering we Yola indigenes because without Grameen bank I could have dreams but they would never turn to reality because of lack of resources. May god continue to bless them for their economic and social effort. Grameen bank you people have helped us greatly by giving us micro credits without asking for collaterals and assets.
So I hope my proposal would be looked upon and I would be able to achieve my goal of owning one of the greatest pure water businesses in Yola town.

Hi

Ken saro wiwa was a noble and great man. He lived from 10th October 1941, November 10 1995. He was one of the great Nigerians who lived he also had a television show (basi$co). He was very successful because his television show was one of the most watched shows in africa.
Ken came from a polygamous family meaning his father married more than one wife. He was a very intelligent and excellent student because of his intelligence he was given scholarship to study English in government college in umahia. Ken was a member of the ogoni group , his father’s name was jim wiwa . “In 1970 he was the regional commissioner for education in rivers state cabinet , but was dismissed in 1973 because of his support for the ogoni autronomy”. In late 70’s ken was very successful he had businesses and estates . In the 1980’s ken’s main area of concentration was on writing journalism and television production.
Ken was working under the president GENERAL Ibrahim babangida Ken was suppose to help make Nigeria a democratic place . Ken later resigned from working under babangida because he felt babangida didn’t really want to return back to democracy he felt babangida had other selfish plans and this was true because in 1993 babangida annulled the election because of his selfish reasons .”Ken was one of the early members of the movement of the Ogoni people (mosop) that is the movement of the survival of the Ogoni people “ and he was imprisoned without trial.
In 1993 he was accused for male prostitution and drug abuse and he was imprisoned and later released months later . The government were basically against ken’s progress late in 1994 he was arrested again for murder which he knew nothing about he denied it but he was still found guilty the judge sentenced him to death and most of the lawyers felt it was an unfair sentence so most of them didn’t want to be part of the unjustful act so they resigned. The government were so corrupt because they actually bribed various Nigerian citizens to testify against him .
This unjustful act was widely criticized by the human right organization ,”Ken was later given an award for livelihood award for his courage and goldman environmental prize”. The Nigerian government found ken guilty he was sentenced to death by hanging . This unjustful act almost made all the contries toplace sanctions on Nigeria. Ken’s death was a very tragic one, his death touched most Nigerians and he would be dearly and greatly missed by all Nigerians he would continue to be a great legend of Nigeria MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PERFECT PEACE
